The collector ship fought to her death.
It all started when she attacked the Normandy in Shepard's life before she was with Cerberus. This set of events killed Shepard, but Cerberus revived her to try and stop the collectors. Later, she is seen invading a very unsuspecting colony on a planet, and taking their people up into her ship form by order of her master, Harbinger. She is next seen launching a fake distress call to the Normandy, to lure them there. This lead to Normandy almost getting destroyed again, but however resulted in no success this time. The last time that she is encountered is beyond the omega 4 relay, in which her life is ended by the very ship she destroyed once.
